Official terms for ordering and visiting Peekaboo.
Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of mypeekaboo.pk and orders placed with Peekaboo Cafe & Baked Shop for delivery, pickup, or dine-in related online ordering. By browsing the menu or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our café
Peekaboo Cafe & Baked Shop is located at 11/D Dastghir Road, Satellite Town, Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan. Online hours and ordering channels (delivery / pickup) follow the store settings shown on the site and may change.
Orders & availability
Menu items, deals, and prices are as displayed when you place your order. Availability can vary by day and stock. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or system error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If that happens, we will contact you using the details you provided.
Delivery & pickup
Delivery is available within our service area around 11/D Dastghir Road, Satellite Town, Gujranwala. Delivery fees and estimated times are shown at checkout and depend on your area. For pickup, collect your order from our café at the address above. Please provide accurate contact and address details so we can fulfil your order.
Payments
Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing valid payment details for the method you select. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations & changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at +92 300 8443868 or Info@mypeekaboo.pk with your order number. We will help when the kitchen has not already started preparing your order. Refunds, where applicable, follow the payment method used and our confirmation.
Accounts
You may browse and order without an account. If you create an account, keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Favourites, saved addresses, and order history are provided for your convenience and may be updated or removed if the service changes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to disrupt the service, place fraudulent orders, or use another person’s details without permission. We may suspend ordering access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
Allergens & dietary information
Menu descriptions are provided to help you choose. If you have allergies or dietary requirements, please tell us when ordering or call the café before you order. We prepare food in a shared kitchen where cross-contact may occur.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peekaboo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, stock unavailability, delivery issues outside our control, or your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Pakistani consumer law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
